Located in picturesque Central Maine, The Augusta Country
Club has offered the finest amenities in the area since
1916. In the grand tradition of the finest country clubs,
Augusta Country Club was organized to provide the
ultimate in club facilities and services. A great golf
course created by the internationally renowned Donald
Ross provides our Members with a beautiful, distinctive
and challenging golf environment. Our Ross designed
18-hole golf course is enhanced by the challenging
terrain that is unique to this area and the beautiful
Lake Cobbosseecontee. Spectacular views follow you as
you enjoy the abundant wildlife and the high quality
of the area's finest golf course.
Leisure and recreation activities take place in many
forms. There are three PGA Professionals on staff to
help you with all your golf needs. We have two
challenging putting greens and a wonderful practice
area and driving range. Adjacent to the Clubhouse are
two beautiful new Har-Thru tennis courts staffed with
a Tennis Professional available for lessons, clinics
and coordination of member programs.
Our newly surfaced Har-Tru Tennis Courts have been
very well received by our membership. They promote a great
playing surfaces for all levels and abilities. The court's
close proximity to the Clubhouse and the abundant sunshine all
contribute to a wonderful area to play. The lighted
courts greatly enhance the availability for daily play.
Our award-winning clubhouse features wonderful
dining with a tremendous culinary team and gracious
service staff. The clubhouse design combines traditional
architecture and casual elegance. Our facilities and
amenities are dedicated for our member use and enjoyment.
ACC has fine and casual dining, a cocktail bar and lounge,
private meeting and dining rooms. Nearby on Lake
Cobbosseecontee, ACC has a showcase private beach area,
staffed during the season with lifeguards, an active swim
program for the children and a wonderful luncheon facility.
Whether you are joining us after a round of golf, a set
of tennis, or just to relax and enjoy a wonderful meal,
