The mission of the Augusta Country Club is to provide a high-quality golf, tennis, social and dining venue in a historic and safe environment for the central Maine community.

To fulfill this vision, we will

  • build our membership to ensure future sustainability

  • broaden our appeal by creating greater value for our members and prospective members while maintaining fiscal responsibility and affordability

  • maintain, invest in, and improve our premier golf and tennis facilities, the historic clubhouse, and the other buildings and infrastructure of the Club, and do so in a historically accurate and environmentally responsible manner

  • promote and nurture women and junior golf with focused professional instruction and encouragement

  • maintain a family-centered culture of inclusiveness, equality, civility and respect that will a ract members and a highly dedicated and well-trained staff, and

  • support our local community.
